Hi, I’m suffering hamstring head which location to the bottom part of glutes. It is so painful for me to lift my leg up while running this also cause my muscle using my side hip bone to support while running. I’ve read your post not to stretching which will worsen to the muscle recovery. Any exercise to strengthen my hamstring ? Any advice
